Both were grappling and trying to hip throw eachother onto the pavement in the beginning.

The black guy looks like he wrestled in highschool and had better body control. He rolled into the momentum of the white guys's throw and ended up on top of him.

Wrestlers have good body control and balance in general.

That's all fine, but when someone gets knocked out you stop what you are doing period. Not only did he not stop, but he started hitting him even harder and then suplexed the girl onto the the pavement who was in the right for trying to get him to stop beating an unconscious man.

I'm sure the white kid is a little punk as well, don't get me wrong.

But this black kid was trying to kill him and damn near killed both him and the girl too. He definitely has mental health problems and is sociopathic.
