Really disappointing that the animal is known then, yet still free apparently. There would be at least a local news story I’d imagine on the video and his arrest if it ever happened

I hate to focus much less dwell on race, but this would be a national media story if the colors were reversed. Those are just facts.
It's so blatant and in your face at this point that we are starting to become South Africa part two. SA was most likely a training ground to run this narrative effectively here.
