Additionally, if you knew what you were talking about, and you don't, he committed in the 10th grade . Had he played the recruiting games for 3 more years he would have gained the additional cute gold star he lacked and you place weight on.

that's all you've got? that's a pathetic baseless hypothetical

BG is a big bruising back that petrino needs and wants in his system. It is not so much that he is so much better than the other backs in the league-- it is more that he is a fit for Arkansas and what we are trying to accomplish --

which is an SEC championship and then to play for the national championship......

Back to the point of the thread, Arkansas is now fortunate enough to have a 5 Star transfer QB and highly sought after USC 4 Star HB in its backfield next year.

Those additions, in combination with the leagues youngest team (21 True Freshman with playing time) returning, it is my opinion that Arkansas will contend for the West next year.

he's a great pull for arkansas and will definitely make an impact, i was merely disputing the assertion the other arkansas fan made that he would immediately start at every SEC school other than possibly UGA

woopiginaustin, you are embarrassing us realistic thinking hog fans. You are making a fool out of yourself and making these claims and assumptions.

~Big Freak of Nature? Yes
~Coming to Arkansas? Yes
~Awesome pickup for ARK? Yes
~4 star b/c he committed in the 10th grade? probably
~Would have been a starter on all SEC teams besides Georgia? No. It's ignorant to think that. Not as a RS Freshman for all teams besides Georgia. He probably wouldn't even play for Florida b/c he doesn't fit in that system.

So, yes, he's a good pick up, and all Arkansas fans will welcome him with open arms, but, crowning him the next McFadden is a little premature, don't you think? Especially with potential of Knile Davis and Michael Dyer coming in.
