There are tons of issues. If Napier can keep the class together he should get a chance to try to fix them. If the class falls apart, I really don't see what the point in keeping him would be.

Hes not going anywhere this year unless this class falls apart in 2 weeks.
I just have little confidence that he lasts all of next year given the schedule and the overall body of work that we've seen from his coaching.
