No dedicated Special Teams coach - who the hell in CFB does this?

I didn't realize that it was more common than I thought, but I still think someone that is supposedly as detailed as Napier is, can't focus all of their energy on every single little thing when it comes to game day prep and game day coaching.

Having no special teams coach does not help him in that regard.
