What he should be doing - he will only hire an OC.

1. Hiring a dedicated OC - when you can't generate consistent offense with a top 5 pick, you have a problem.
2. Replacing the S&C coordinator - It was clear the team looked soft 2-3 games into the season, especially in 2nd halves - everyone could see it.
3. No dedicated Special Teams coach - who the hell in CFB does this?
4. 2 OL coaches? That did what exactly? An OL coach that in name only was an OC? When you have 2 coaches, you have no coaches.
5. Dedicated time management personell - the fact that we have a zillion people on this staff with the time management issues we have without having a dedicated person(s) for this is inexcusable.

Not saying much, got our arse handed to us by Samford the yr prior. Ppl acting like there was a shred of talent left by Mullen is hilarious.

247 Talent Composite had us in the top 15 in the entire country prior to the 2022 season. I don't think you want to know the teams behind us.

lol Name them, please. ETN is the only big loss so far and he's not what everyone makes him out to be

IDC is Billy stays or goes at this point, but lets stop the bullshite that this team has been anywhere close to good the last 3-4 yrs

ETN, McClellan, Norman, Douglas, Princely are all HUGE losses given the current state of Florida's roster.

Quite a few coaches actually

Not that I like it, but it's surprisingly more common than you think.

Special teams coordinator? Lincoln Riley doesn’t believe in a dedicated one for USC

Stopped taking seriously right about here.

We all know AR was drafted because he threw far and did a backflip at the combine, not for his production hitting half his passes

This lie works with ppl who didn’t watch him airmail balls every game.

And for the love of God, stop with team comp rankings. You can skew this number by having 4 top WRs ect. Doesn’t mean your TEAM is balanced talent wise.
Getting pushed around by Samford, USF and Charlotte should’ve opened some eyes but…

Douglas,

133 yards receiving for the season.

quote:

McClellan

.5 sacks on the season

quote:

Norman

Did he play?

Princely had very few big play moments vs good teams and took plays off in moments we needed him to be a game changer ie Mizzou 4th and long
4.5 sacks vs SEC, 2.5 came against Arkansas
1 vs Mizz and 1 vs SC.
Zero vs the good Conf teams

Like I said, no huge losses for the most part.
