He can speak for himself, but I’d guess he’s making the point that since Riley has the highest winning percentage in OU history, better than Bud, Barry, and Bob, that it’s unlikely Brent will win more than 85% of his games.
Saban has on 88% at Bama, so Brent basically has to turn into Saban to win more at OU than Riley.

Put Caleb Williams on last years OU team and you can probably swap records with USC.
