He is setting himself up for some legal issues as well imo

I am not sure if this is a joke or not but we will go with you are just that ignorant.

Enlighten us, exactly how has he set himself up for legal issues? He broke the law or crossed some ethical boundaries for rooting against the team that gave the Big 12 the finger?

I'm pretty sure rooting against a team that tried to torpedo your job is not a "legal issue".

I never said for fact. I said it sets him up for it or some rich booster to sue him.

If you read the Big 12 policy manual it covers all schools and even B12 staff behavior which includes him. Go read about ethics in that manual and report back to me if what he did is breaking their own conference ethics rules or not. Its not hard to imagine someone could use that against him. Not likely, but he still broke his policy manual rules.
