At this point, I am confident that our new OC and Drink will make the correct call between Cook and Horn.

Brady has that desired game time experience and maybe working with an OC directly will translate to explosive plays on the field.

Horn is big.

Worst thing about Cook is his ability to read defenses.

Horn is gone if he is not the starter. He may hit the portal even if he becomes the starter and I don’t blame him. Cook might be good in practice and against teams like NMSU, Arkansas, and South Dakota, but he will struggle throwing the ball against good defenses.

He won’t be able to throw downfield accurately and it’s not just because he has a weak arm. If he is the starter we will have to rely on YAC again this year.

Read an article a few days ago that said Garcia is probably the QB that will be the best NFL prospect, because of his size and arm strength. He will be are QB next year if Horn hits the portal. If Horn is the starter both Horn and Cook may transfer

Check this out at SDS. I am quoting part of this article from SDS.
"Hart’s final tier was “can scare the best team’s on their schedule,” and included Arkansas, Kentucky, Duke, Illinois, Oklahoma State and Missouri.

Arkansas, Kentucky and Missouri were all mid-tier teams in the SEC last year, but if Hart’s prediction is right, they could all be trending upward."
