You mean that some far-left activists created a race hoax and some far-left admins fired some other far-left admins and a large portion of the fanbase was so disgusted with how the entire situation was handled that they stopped supporting the program for years and some still haven't come back? Sounds exactly like the narrative he is spinning.

I didn't attend a single game from 2016 till 2020 because of it. I still don't buy season tickets but I go to about 4 or so games a year.
New people are in the athletic dept that had nothing to do with it. Time to move forward.
