Another small thing from the ESPN article on this that is kinda telling:
I "unearthed" it after spending about 5 minutes looking for it. It's Public Record and the Court has free public internet access.
The writer probably quoted that from the lawyer, to make it look like it was hidden and nefarious.
And I'm sure his lawyer billed 2.5 hours unearthing the documents.
