georgiadogs.com ticketing question

I ordered two extra single tickets to UT Martin game from the school and didn’t realize I wasn’t logged into my account on georgiadogs.com. The tickets don’t show under my profile like they normally do. I don’t know how I will receive the tickets. I have a confirmation email and payment came off of my credit card. Anybody have any advice?

You have a confirmation email, so the tickets should come via your email address or mobile number when they get delivered this month. If you’re concerned, call the ticket office with your confirmation number - 706-542-1231 or 877-542-1231

So, I waited and still haven’t heard anything. I’m going to call ticketing office tomorrow. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

the ticket office had some kind of glitch with UT-Martin tickets on Thursday when tickets first start hitting accounts. It was corrected within a couple hours though. Not sure if your situation is different becuase they were additional tickets and not regular season tickets but it wouldn't hurt to call. They are always very helpful in my experience.

Yes, have him call the ticket office.
