I didn’t know anywhere else to post this, SingleMalt, so I hope Lanier doesn’t mind if I park this message in his “positivity thread”.

I just wanted to send you my regards and condolences in reference to your “prison rape” thread getting nuked over on The Rant.

As far as a discussion of prison rape goes?…it all seemed as tastefully addressed and within the limitations of reasonable discretion as a conversation about prison rape could possibly go.

Cause seriously?…as a specific topic goes, talking about prison rape could potentially go REALLY sideways REALLY quickly and get out of hand before you know it.

It didn’t SEEM to cross any lines of inappropriate decorum?…however?…I guess there must obviously be some Mod that’s especially sensitive to or possibly had a previous negative experience with prison rape and deemed that your thread had to be shut down.

My condolences, and I’m sorry for your loss, SingleMalt.
