east Nashville is not "liberal", it's ghetto

East Nashville isn't ghetto anymore. It was back in the 80s and 90s, but it's been gentrified by yuppies & hipsters. There are still some projects there but it's safer than it was back in the day. It's really the only part of the city that can be compared to SF- although it would be a very mild comparison. The rest of Nashville is drawing in just as many moderates and conservatives, and the suburbs, of course, are experiencing a huge influx of conservatives from states like CA and IL. Nashville definitely is not becoming a little SF by any strecth.

Antioch (SE) and Bordeaux (N) are the less desirable parts of the city. Antioch especially has gotten bad since the '10s.
