Jimbo isn’t getting fired this year, even if we fail to win any more games and go 5-7. We also aren’t stuck with him another 3-5 years like everyone keeps thinking. Remember only 20% is owed up front so it’s not like we are paying ~80 million to buy out him and his staff and paying another 10+ million to a new staff all in a month’s time or anything. It will start costing the program more to keep him when interest and support dies out.

Speaking of not winning another game this year, rumors are Max broke ribs and might be out the rest of the year and Moss has a torn acl…. Don’t just assume we are going 7-5 to finish this season.

My issue with Jimbo is it’s always “one play” away. I feel like he no longer provides spirt/hope to the team and it’s allowing drudgery and complacency in.

I still see people giving him slack because we “are in close games” at some point you gotta start winning the close games. And not have a 9 game road losing streak dating back to 2021. I truly am shocked 100% of the fanbase isn’t against him yet, reading other boards like TexAgs, I’d say there’s still 10-20% that are on board with keeping him.

Max out for the year. So is Moss. Care to revise your prediction that Fisher isn’t getting fired? Team is quitting on him. Wait until you see the portal …
