Has anyone used this product? How well does it hold up? Any maintenace issues? My concrete is getting to be an eyesore and I'm looking at options to cover it.

My post from a similar thread a few days ago;

This was in response to concrete textured coating. Just check on maintenance for whatever path you choose.

One thing to be aware of is that it will need to be re-sealed every 3-5 years. If not, the stain and texturing will start to wear off.

That treatment is about half of the original cost. Mine is having to be worked on later this month because of this. I didn’t know of the need and when it starts to wear out, it goes quickly in every area that is exposed to the most water like pool steps, sun decks etc. costing me about $5k to rework it all and the they told me about $2,200 every 3-5 years to reseal it.
