I do think think that these numbers are a little skewed because I know that Auburn does acceptance in three waves.
There is early acceptance where nearly 90% of these kids are accepted. They are the ones that already has their stuff in order ACT and GPA.
Now I will say that they have other options so they are accepted by 3-5 school, so maybe only 40% will end up at Auburn.
Then the 2nd wave goes out and they see who is accepted and then the waitlist is worked.
Auburn typically only takes in between 4600-5200 freshman per year.
