Thats a good take...Texas has a roster to be competitive in the middle of the SEC for certain...and that roster is going to get better with NIL and the move to the SEC. I think there has been a LOT of Texas teams who found it difficult to get up for the Baylor's and Texas Tech's. Going on the road in the SEC is not going to be comfortable for Texas but that baptism by fire can be the kind of stuff football players and staff, competitive bastards that they all are, get stoked for. I think it will take 4-5 seasons but if Texas does manage to pull off an upset or two in the first couple of seasons Texas could be a problem....
