2023 class, UGA wanted Caleb Downs and Justice Haynes very badly - Downs' dad didn't like UGA and Haynes just wanted to break from his old man's alma mater and forge his own path. He was long felt to be a silent to UGA and even Saban was surprised at the committment.
Kadyn Proctor didn't seem to be on the radar w/ UGA although I don't know why he wouldn't be - i'm sure UGA offered but maybe Proctor just didn't like UGA - dunno.
As to the package deal that was rumored in best buds Qua Russaw and James Smith - the Dawgs really wanted Russaw but never seemed to be that high on Smith - even though he was highly rated.
Everyone would take Keeley
