Is it literally a stench making it up through the clothes from the unwashed arse and crotch, or is it the jeans and sweatshirt that havent' been laundered in 3 weeks

Depends on the smell. If you smell a dirty body without sniffing, then it is most likely an unwashed arse.

I dont wear deodorant.
