I’m tracking my calories and want to log crawfish stew.
Am I correct in assuming around 300 calories per cup of stew only?
It’s your average Cajun crawfish stew.

According to MyFitnessPal, the Cajun Ninja’s recipe 415 cal per serving. LINK. His recipe on YouTube is pretty traditional. LINK. Don’t know if that includes the rice LOL.

Impossible to answer unless you post a recipe. Even then we're only guessing

While I commend your efforts, it’s not that big of a deal. 300-600 who cares? If you’re aren’t eating it daily for an extended period of time, it won’t have much impact on your diet.

NGL, if you are interested in health and fitness, stews are up there with doughnuts as some of the worst foods on the planet. Flour + seed oils are both horrible for you.
