Because Furkin ESPN has to cause drama to fill up their 24/7 news talk shows.
Then every other sports talking head gets outraged and chimes in with their talking points.
Then the cancel culture mob devours themselves on Twitter.
Kinda like how this board melted over Jill Biden discussing potentially inviting Iowa to the WH. Nothing happened…
Everyone feels like they have to get outraged all the time. It’s exhausting and silly at the same time.
