OT- Cali n Tito's owner buys Heirloom Building in Boulvard

But instead of making it another Cali N Tito's, they are doing casual Peruvian, a reboot of an older restaurant they used to own called Pollo Criollo.

If I had to live around liberals to my left and liberals to my right, in front of me and behind me, I'd pick Boulevard over anywhere else in the world. But I am old enough to remember when it was a bohemian neighborhood, before ARMC hospital tripled in size and all the doctors and traveling nurses drove up the prices and they started tearing down "affordable" old houses to build mcmansions on the lots.

I think it is great also. Gimme a good Ceviche or lomo saltado with an Inka Cola or a Pisco Sour to drink.
BTW, they have some Peruvian dishes listed on Cali n Tito's regular menu.

Lomo saltado is so good. Viva Argentine has/had a great lomo dish. Haven't been there is a while but it was a go to for me for a few years.
