This is part of what I'm referring to as far as new info.


So even in defending yourself you have a responsibility to not endanger others. At a bare minimum it is reckless endangerment.

Let me put it another way.

Miller is struck by one of the bullets and dies.


Johnson is then certainly civilly liable without a doubt. And since Miller has already been found to not be guilty of a crime, Johnson should/would be criminally charged.
