goddamn you're stupid. Did the detective say he knew he was 'delivering' a gun? Your whole schtick is based on that? It's factual to say the gun was transported to the bar in his car, it can't be supported with facts to say he even knew he was transporting a gun, let alone that he knew he was transporting a gun so that a crime could be committed.

You know what someone who intentionally delivered a gun used in a murder could be charged with? Accessory to murder. I wonder why the DA said Miller couldn't be charged with anything?
