How often is a player suspended for a game for an alcohol related offense that does not end in some sort of criminal offense (open container, underage, DUI, etc)?

I generally allocate those along with the weed, curfew, missing team meeting, etc. matters that aren't criminally prosecuted. They typically show up as "suspended for violating unspecified team rules."
