Here's how it went down.

Helaire takes some cash and an X-Box to Scotlandville (North Baton Rouge) a real shite hole. Now his story is that he took the X-Box simply to sell it (as if he couldn't have sold a shitty X-Box on campus) but everyone knows he went there with the goods, some cash and a loaded frickin' gun.

Anyway, the question is this. Who the frick leaves the friendly confines of the LSU campus and goes to Scotlandville to sell an X-Box? Well no one, that's who. If it were just about the X-Box alone, he could've dumped that off to some frat bro or some sorority chick he might've been fricking. Easy sell on campus for easy money but he had money. What he wanted was drugs. Scotlandville has plenty of that and no one on campus to talk about it.

So Helaire arrives at his destination and proceeds to "sell" his X-Box to a complete stranger shitbag. Not only that but because his shitty X-Box was in such high demand and in need of protection, Helaire and his partner actually allows the drug dealer into the truck they were driving.

Well you let someone into your car to buy or sell something you don't want seen and selling an X-Box doesn't meet that criteria but buying drugs sure as shite does. You sell an X-Box on the hood of your car, you sell drugs in the back seat and that's exactly where the drug dealer was when Helaire shot that motherfricker and killed him.

Maybe it was self defense, maybe it wasn't. But what everyone does know is that there was some dirty shite going on in that truck.
