Ok? The fact it got reported to police changes absolutely nothing about my point.

You’ve argued that Miller shouldn’t be suspended because he hasn’t been proven criminally culpable. That same logic applies to the situation at ND. By your own argument, Kelly was right not to suspend him.

They both should be/should have been suspended. That was wrong then, this is wrong now.
