Likely Possibilities:

They haven’t even asked, or
They asked but got no answer.


If they asked and got a “good” answer, we’d all probably know by now. If the answer to the question is a “not good” one, Miller’s attorney would not allow an answer.

So most likely either they haven’t even asked or they did ask and received a refusal to answer. Either way it doesn’t look good
