Exactly, which is why he wasn't charged.

But people have also been jailed for much less.

And it's odd that folks like you keep insisting that he didn't know anything when no one really knows what he knew or suspected.

The DA apparently doesn't think he knew anything or they would have charged him. They plainly said "theres nothing to charge him with".

Now if you want to run down the rabbit hole that its a conspiracy because he's a good player.. have at it!

Sure they have.. thats how innocent people end up on death row. So are you condoning bad behavior from the DA to prosecute minus substantial evidence?
