I'm not speaking to "burden of proof."

I'm speaking to the Alabama fans who are trying to speak in absolutes as to what Miller knew when they have absolutely no idea what he knew.


And I'm speaking of the basic fact that in order to arrest him for a crime, the DA has to be able to make a case for court.

I'm not addressing the idea of whether or not he should be with the team.

I'm addressing the fans of other teams who seem to think that he should be in jail because the second amendment ceases to be in force at 1:00 AM, or that a prosecutor can know a person's intent without any evidence.
