Yea I assume they didn't want to suspend Miller at the time because he wasn't getting charged and didn't want him people asking about his involvement

You really have to wonder how they could reasonably have expected Miller’s involvement not to come out. Really poor choice.

You do realize the team has played as well, and actually most of the time better, when he was on the bench. Obviously probably not the case with him out for an entire game, but that note is statistically true during individual games he's been sitting.
