I think this is reasonable in a sense

But I think what's in the text to Miller shows Miller exercised extremely bad judgment at minimum and is probably worthy of some level of disciplinary response.

I'm not convinced based on what we know that Miller shouldn't be allowed to play CBB again or have his NBA future derailed or whatever. But from UA's standpoint, I think you have to make it clear that you can't be within 100 miles of a situation like this and continue to represent the school.
