Yeah it sounds like Miles is the one getting left out to dry in all of this. Even the shooter might get a plea deal for testifying against Miles. How else would they have the comments from Miles about the gun being loaded and one in the chamber if not from the shooter?

But if you think about it, how is what Miles did all that different from what Miller did? Miller drove the gun to the scene upon request and Miles walked over and handed it to the shooter. What's the major distinction unless I'm missing something? One guy transported a murder weapon with a car and the other guy used his Nikes.

I think Miles lost the race to the plea bargain table and will be the odd man out when the dust settles. 6th man indeed.
