Not sure what else a person can say in that position.
Remember when people were talking about their HC as the next big thing in college football? Can anyone still remember his name?

Tennessee & Bama could learn something from this kid's humility and honesty.

Good interview but I don't think being ready had much to do with the lopsided victory.
Yes, we have great coaching and were obviously well prepared, but we also have much better players than TCU aka recruiting rankings matter.
Also, teams match up differently.
TCU matched up well enough with highly favored Michigan to hold on for a win.
OSU has better talent than Michigan but did not seem well prepared for that game.
I'm pretty sure that OSU would have beaten TCU by at least a couple of TD's.
Georgia and OSU have similar talent levels but we did not match up well on defense with the Buckeye passing game and Bennett did not have one of his better games.
But we came back in the 4th quarter and OSU missed the game winning FG. Such is life in football.

We all knew that TCU wasn't ready for prime time. The difference is, I don't know that the same could've been said for the 2017 Dawg squad. The Rose Bowl win over Oklahoma was one for the ages, and it took Bama OT to beat us in the CFP final.
For the next several years, we'll have successive graduating classes who have spent their entire UGA careers in the spotlight. Those are the sort of salad days that Bama enjoyed all throughout the 2010s.

BTW, I didn't think much of this until it was pointed out by a poster on Get the Picture, but THEY MADE THEM WATCH THE FILM.
