Actually, Georgia is 1-7 in last 8 games against Bama.

Correct, UGA is also 2-0 in the last 2 national championship games. Those would be consecutive national championship games, the last two national championship games as in 2021, and 2022 national champions.
Edit: national champions once more for good measure.
