Why were the ratings so low? How could you not think TCU had a chance after beating Michigan?
How are the ratings calculated? Are they averaged out over the duration of the broadcast or just by how many tuned in at the beginning?

They are affected by people turning the tv off. So that happened in droves in the 2nd quarter.

It was over in the first quarter and it was extremely obvious.
