I get that, but we were running the ball the whole 4th quarter with passes being thrown to make a first down when it was 3rd and long.
Our 4th string RB scored 2 TDs. I mean....how do you take your foot off the gas more than taking your QB out at the start of the 4th quarter and run the ball with your 4th string RB. (Branson Robinson)

You didn't watch the entire game, did you? Early in the 4th quarter Kirby started calling his timeouts and removing those star senior players. He did that so the fans could give them attention and ovations, highlighting what they had done for the program. there was 14 minutes left in the 4th quarter when Bennett came out.

You are giving a knee jerk reaction to a score without knowing the details, imo.
