No. That was all Stroud making plays. Harrison just happened to be the receiver he targeted. I'm sure if Stroud was focused on any one of his other receivers he would have made the play.

If by lucked out you mean we outscored OSU, outgained them, and beat them in spite of many obvious holds by their offensive line then, yeah, I guess we lucked out.

Makes the 2 missed field goals (6 pts)
Doesn’t throw a pic and scores on that drive instead of giving up a touchdown immediately after (14 pts)
Can we agree that in this case the missed field goals and turnover were self inflicted?
If so the poster you quoted was correct in his assessment

That fourth quarter was pretty nice. Stet threw for 190 yards and 2 TDs. Hardly a bad performance.
