Texas is the poster child for losing to teams with less talent.

Then you tell us why a program with Texas' resources has lost 56 games in the last 10 years. One in which the team played 2 fewer games than normal years.
Culture?
Coaching?
Talent?
Something is causing a Blue Blood to lose regularly. Texas averages 5.6 losses a year in the last 10 years and just finished this season with 5 losses.
What is your opinion of why Texas has entered this rut.
