I'm not sure about 400%, or just the vaccinated. But overall it's up 30% for people ages 27-44 vs what would be predicted in normal cases.

However it is worth noting that it is hard to tell if it's because of the vaccine, or covid itself. Because covid itself can cause issues. That said, there was an even bigger increase after the vaccinations than prior. So there is some correlation there, it's just hard to really factually determine the cause. It's 100% worthy of further investigation.
