It's all speculation, but I think some type of heart issue is most likely. He has not been looking well lately.
Just have to hope for the best.

I know one of the local media guys would trash him mercilessly because he was late to weekly press conferences. Hell it was probably hard for him to talk so much without coughing. The reporter made fun of him and said he was probably out drinking. Was coughing on purpose to avoid his questions.
