Obviously it’s pretty easy to skirt the rules when JT daniels has already done it three times and was eligible to play and is in the portal again. Maybe I can dumb it down since, according to you, the average CFB fan is generally stupid. Make it very difficult to transfer more than once. It doesn’t appear to be very hard to get a waiver the way it’s set up.
