I agree wholehearted that it's morally fricked but I also acknowledge that the laws are different than my personal morals.

I don't know, man...it seems influenced by personal feeling and opinion.
That would make it subjective.
That said, my father married my mother when she was 16 and he, 20. He shipped off for Vietnam the next week. He's probably gonna burn in hell after he dies, having been married to that woman for 50+ years. Pure evil.
Objectively evil, as you said, right?
