Once again. Nothing I said or did was illegal.

30+ years later, it's still not illegal in multiple states.

Once again, you shouldn’t need a law to tell you that having sex with a child is fricked up. Despite the fact that much of the south deems it legal to have sex with a 16 year old, while opining about sex trafficking, it’s fricking disgusting. A 16 year old is a child, period, end of story. We don’t even trust them enough to vote, and for good reason, because they are children.

How do you view the driving age?

So you've gone from it's illegal for a reason, to I shouldn't need a law.

It's total bullshite that you lack the intellectual ability to separate those who are well along into puberty from those who are not. Those who are being actually abused and those who are just young people trying to experience things in life.

That to me is fricked up. I wasn't in a position of power, didn't abuse any positions of power, and I didn't abuse anyone. I wasn't picking them up off the corner telling them a bunch of bullshite. I was just a guy they were interested in. They were not harmed, their lives weren't affected negatively, nothing like that. Everyone went on with their lives after normally. Casual sex.

But no. You can't determine if someone is really being abused or not. No ability to take the context and other facts into place. Just this magic number you've determined is where the moral line is, and if anyone should cross your magic line, they are just terrible people!

The only one causing harm in this situation is people like you. And that's why I posted what I did.

I'm all about extreme penalties for actual abuse. I'm not at all about fricking up peoples lives over causal sex.
