A lot of these situations are the girls' parents finding out, getting pissed, and filing charges. IMO, high school kids of different ages shouldn't be overly prosecuted for things like this if everything is consensual. Hell, we had a couple kids in my class who were 19 senior year and there are college freshman who were still 17. So, technically speaking, a 19 year old senior in high school would be breaking the law if a 17 year old college freshman sent him a nude pic. Just doesn't seem like justice is being served there.
