We can apply the same to Golding. Our players didn't improve. They regressed.

The loss of his two dynamic WR's from last year plus his shoulder injury affected Bryce this year. I'm not a BoB fan, but moreso because of his playcalling, not his QB development.

That's fair. It certainly didn't help. I just don't see the benefit of keeping him around.
The guys he's recruited aren't leaving if he leaves. I don't believe he's helping us improve. I think we could get a boost with a good hire and it could help our bowl prep practices to have the new guy in place.

My biggest fear is that nobody ends up wanting him and Saban keeps him just because he doesn't want to deal with having to fire him. He couldn't beat out Brent Key at Georgia Tech assuming he pursued the job.
