If that's true, I would have to agree with Pete. IF that is how Saban approaches NIL, he does need to retire.

And that may prove to be the best way to do it for team unity. Players can still negotiate other NIL opportunities, like Bryce Young has. Alabama is, after all, atop recruiting ranks again. A&M isn’t and their season has been a disaster.
