Anyone know off hand the offensive linemen Luke put in the NFL. I know Tunsil. No UGA guys, please, that was all Pitboss. Trying to, but I can't buy the hype yet, he retired for goodness sake.
Without knowing NFL guys, I believe he will be the "shiny penny" distraction of the Freeze hire.

I count 4 total in league currently, dont know how many Luke coached. Ole miss in NFL

Not sure about his guys getting to the NFL, but he's a Cutcliffe desciple and is by all accounts a very good OL coach. He followed Cutcliffe to Tennessee and Duke as well as OM. We could do way worse.

That's good. I like it. Thanks. I'll give a pass on the retirement/motivation issue because "they"
say he loves working with Freeze.

Is that the word that Luke will be the OC? Because he does have a little OC experience. Although, I'm not sure if he ever called plays since Cutcliffe (and I believe Freeze does as well) calls his own plays.

Yeah, an elite staff both on the field and the recruiting trail will make a Freeze hire a lot easier to swallow.
I'm apprehensive that truly "elite" position coaches will want to hitch their wagon to his though. We will see I guess.

No sorry not thinking in terms of OC. Just that it would seem likely that he would be offered OL coach. I believe Kent Austin (Ole Miss 80s QB and I believe CFL superstar) has always been at least his QB coach and maybe OC.
