Why can't some people see my .jpg's?

I am getting complaints from other posters that they cannot see the memes I am posting. Others say they can see them fine. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I seem to have the same problem with some posters, I can see some but not all of their memes. I don't get the message as the poster below, it's just blank.
